In addition to tailor-made mentoring regarding the technical, commercial and administrative aspects of business creation, the Poitiers Biopole provides bio-entrepreneurs with workspace in a business incubator. All in all, nearly 400 m2 of offices and high tech laboratories are located on the campus in a brand new building dedicated to biomedical research. On exiting, the “newly hatched” companies can set up their own premises in the neighboring customised 7-hectare activity zone.

Making optimal use of its network of experts, the Poitiers Biopole likewise avails itself of the proximity of the university hospital center, the university campus, the medicine-pharmacy Faculty, the Poitou-Charentes business incubator and numerous research laboratories (University, CHU, CNRS, INSERM and INRA).
